This year is a very special year for us at Zappos, because it’s our 10-year anniversary. Looking back
from where we started in 1999, it’s exciting to see how much we’ve grown, based on two simple
concepts: constantly striving to deliver the best service to our customers, and constantly working
to build our service-focused company culture.
In fact, Zappos recently debuted in FORTUNE Magazine’s “100 Best Companies To Work For” list for
2009. We were the highest-ranked newcomer to the list this year, and we’re all extremely excited!
